Katei is born from the union of 家 (ka), “house”, and 庭 (tei), “garden”, evoking a familiar and welcoming atmosphere.
Katei reflects the typical design of traditional Japanese homes. Every detail of the design has been taken care of to evoke a sense of welcome and serenity: from the warm tones that envelop the rooms, to the soft lights, to the rice paper that decorates and embellishes the spaces.
